Our 3 course Saturday evening suppers and informal Sunday lunches are inspired by the conviviality of Italian dining and by the recipes of our Grandmother, the original Nonna Caterina, for whom cooking all day and celebrating company, food and wine, all evening is a part of daily life, rather than a rare occasion.
